1. Prospective contractor shall Construct all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. 2. Prospective contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete project. 3. All Work to be done with in (45 days) from time of bid being awarded. Exclusions material or weather delays. 4. Prospective contractor shall Prevent unnecessary damage to any part of bldg. 5. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all post-project clean-up. 6. Prospective contractor shall remove all debris (including nails and metals, all disposable materials offsite) at the end of each workday. 7. Prospective contractor shall work during normal business hours. Page 8 of 9 8. Prospective contractor shall schedule all work with park officials. 9. Prospective contractor shall provide one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed. 10. Prospective contractor shall furnish Workmen’s Comp., General Liability Insurances. 11. Photographs may be requested by Greg Hart during the installation. 12. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all materials deliveries and protection of during construction. 13. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for protection of building from elements during all periods of construction. 14. Prospective contractor shall install roughly 85 square feet of building siding on north-facing wall. Replace window siding around the 6 north-facing windows that is rotting. Blend walls on public-facing southwestern corner in two places, one that is 9' across, 8'7" tall with short walls 1' in width extruding from building and another that is 4'8" across and 8'6" tall. Pull old bulletin board and water fountains off the facade and replace with siding. 15. Prospective contractor shall inspect and replace as needed the 18 small window glass in pavilion and replace approx. 4-Panes in the large windows which are two uppers’ sashes and two lower sashes. 16. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for adhering to paint manufactures guidelines, labeling this includes applying during appropriate temperatures and humidity levels. 17. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for preparing all surfaces for painting including making sure all wood and other surfaces that’s being painted is pressure washed clean and dry and properly prepped with all lose paint removed. 18. Prospective contractor shall re-nail any loose existing siding and cornice and replace bad or rotten wood or siding with equivalent thickness and to match existing. 19. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for the removal and protection of all gutters, downspouts, and the reinstallation of all gutters to ensure fascia is painted.
