Types, makes, and models of washers and dryers available. b. Energy efficiency certifications (e.g., Energy Star) and water-saving features. c. Accessibility/ADA compliance features. d. End-of-life or equipment recycling programs. e. Methods for machine identification/tracking (e.g., labeling, barcoding). C. Service & Ownership Models a. Ownership structures offered (rental, lease, purchase, or revenue share). b. UA Little Rock is particularly interested in rental/service-based models that limit university liability and upfront costs. c. Standard contract lengths and renewal options. d. Maintenance program details (preventative schedules, equipment replacement timelines). e. Service response commitments, including average response time and uptime guarantees (e.g., 98% machine availability).
