A. Service Delivery a. Provide a direct connection between the supplier and the campus to establish more reliable services, including periods of increased internet usage. b. Provide a high-quality, fully digital multi-channel television service using an IPTV delivery solution compatible with various devices (e.g., PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Smart TVs, and gaming consoles). c. Ensure services include high-definition (HD), 4K-ready content, and closed-captioned programming to meet ADA and FCC standards. d. Offer seamless integration with major streaming services, including Peacock, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Freevee, Amazon Prime Video, and other widely used platforms. e. Ensure content availability both on-campus and remotely through web-based and app-based solutions. B. Channel Line-Up & Streaming Services a. Offer a customizable channel package with 80 channels (minimum), including educational, entertainment, sports, news, and cultural content. i. A minimum of 40 channels must be provided free of charge in each room. At least 24 of which must be provided in HD. A list of mandatory channels is included below. Local Broadcast Stations 1.
