Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide comprehensive professional services related to business advisory functions, funding acquisition, grant and loan preparation and management, project planning, engineering design, construction management and other related activities. The selected firm shall be issued work on an “on-call” basis for Services that may include but are not limited to: Low and Moderate Income (LMI) surveys; rate studies; capital improvement plan management assistance; grant/loan application; grant/loan administration; program/project development; implementation of public assistance programs; engineering design and engineering construction inspection of projects related to new and existing LRWRA facilities (both buried and vertical assets); and other ancillary services related to the scope of work.
