Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following are requirements for the independent evaluator:a. Work closely with AESP Project Coordinator and Accountability Specialist in the development ofevaluation plan, procedures, and methodologies.b. Conduct literature reviews of relevant materials to assist in the development of the evaluation plan,procedures, and methodologies.c. Meet at a minimum of twice a year with AESP Project Management Team and AESP Review Committeefor the purpose of providing evaluation progress updates and results.d. Implement processes/procedures as required to ensure accurate and relevant data is used for evaluationpurposes.e. Provides formal project evaluation reports at a minimum of once a year during the three-year life of thegrant. The final year s (Year 3) evaluation report will provide overall summative information on the project.f. Provide evaluation reporting as it relates to overall AESP outcome project goals
