Scope of Services: The City of Benton is requesting proposals from qualified and reputable vendors, regarding purchase and installation of cat condos and dog kennels for the new Animal Services Shelter. The proposed kennel system will provide adequate room for the dog or cat as suggested by the American Veterinary Medicine Association. Kennels shall be constructed of durable metal material. Proposal will include a guaranty of product functionality and warranty. Within this proposal, the City seeks to purchase the cat condos and dog kennels with the below specifications: Cat Condos: Each condo consists of a top and bottom unit with coated stainless steel wire mesh doors for healthy air circulation. Stainless steel hinges with soft close feature to help decrease stress and anxiety by eliminating slamming doors that can startle and scare cats. • 25 modules - Each module shall be 84” tall, 24” wide and 25” deep. • Built in feeding/water ledge. • Resting ledge. • Privacy area for litter.
