Provide architectural services for the design of a new Allied Health and Science building. This building will be located on the main campus in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on approximately 1.2 acres at the southeast corner of Watson Boulevard and University Drive. The project will deliver a stand-alone facility, complete with all necessary utility and site work to ensure full functionality and accessibility. The building will be positioned along Watson Boulevard, with the northern portion of the site reserved for future development. A new 17-space parking lot will be constructed immediately west of the facility for convenient access, while larger existing lots further west will continue to serve as the primary parking areas. Electrical lines running north–south through the western third of the site will be relocated underground, while the utility easement will remain in place. The new building and parking lot will be constructed on either side of this easement. Pedestrian pathways connecting the campus core to the south will be developed, and a new campus entry sign will be incorporated into the building façade at the southeast intersection.
