Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in contracting with the Board of Education of The City of Saint Louis to provide district wide alarm system monitoring and/or investigative alarm response services. 5.3.1 Alarm Monitoring Services The provider shall be responsible for the following duties related to alarm monitoring: 5.3.1.1 Monitor district owned alarm system remotely 5.3.1.2 Contact appropriate authorities in emergency situations 5.3.1.3 Prepare weekly reports of district wide alarm activity 5.3.1.4 Prepare semi-annual analysis of developing patterns of conduct 5.3.1.5 Work with other security service organizations 5.3.2 Investigative Response Services The provider shall be responsible for the following duties relation to Investigative Responses: 5.3.2.1 Promptly dispatch an agent to the location experiencing alarm activity 5.3.2.2 Thoroughly investigate the location experiencing alarm activity including but not limited to the following investigation activity 5.3.2.2.1 Physically check all outer doors 5.3.2.2.2 Physically check all ground level windows 5.3.2.2.3 Perform a visual check of all visible windows 5.3.2.2.4 Document the license plate of all vehicles on the adjacent parking lot 5.3.2.2.5 Document any suspicious presence, activity or condition
