The City of Hope, AR is constructing a new Aquatic and Recreation facility which will include an entrance lobby, offices, meeting rooms, party rooms, sound reinforcement and scoreboards for basketball, pickleball, and an eight lane pool with other outside entertainment areas including a pool and splashpad. As such The City is seeking qualifications from audiovisual design and implementation firms to provide design and/or engineering services (“A/V Firm”). THE CITY expects to select an A/V Firm from those qualified through this RFQ process to work with THE CITY and coordinate with the Architect and Contractor on the design and cabling for data, voice, high capacity Wi-Fi, security wiring and access controls, a room reservation system, scoreboard visual and audio for pool meets and audio visual equipment throughout to support THE CITY’s meeting and other needs. The full scope of services requested from qualified A/V Firms has not been pre-determined and the A/V Design Criteria outlined in Section VI of this RFQ could be altered significantly in collaboration with the selected A/V Firm.
