Amendment #1 to issue door addenda and site visit sign-in sheet attachments.
Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, tools, and equipment to renovate approximately 2800 sqft of unfinished space currently used as storage on the seventh floor of the E pod of JLM Memorial Veteran’s Hospital. This project will create a finished space to accommodate the relocation of Medical Media services. Work includes construction labor and supervision for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior finishes work, and certain other items as required by provided construction documents. The period of performance will be 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
