This project is a limited remodel of the Benton County Health Department, approximately 2,800 square feet on the second floor. The scope of work will include demolition of existing walls, doors, windows, millwork and ceilings as indicated on the plans. Capping and removing existing utilities as necessary. Building new walls to create new offices and work areas with power and data with home runs back to the existing IT room. Installing new doors, millwork and windows as shown on the plans. And reconfigure the existing ceiling lighting and HVAC supply and returns as shown in the plans. Dust walls will need to be installed in all construction areas as portions of this building will remain in operation during the construction. Building elevators can be used but must be protected from all potential damage and must remain available for public use. The General Contractor will be responsible for fixing any damage to the elevator walls and floor.
