Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide wellness portal support services to agencies/members of the Northern Arizona Public Employees Benefit Trust (NAPEBT or the Trust). i. Assist users who seek help accessing the wellness site. ii. Assist administrative level users working on the site. iii. User Account Maintenance - Uploading new employees into the site and deactivating accounts. iv. Form Creation - Development of forms to complement and reach program needs. v. Form Uploads - Spreadsheets and rosters taken from on-site events or other programs are uploaded in the system to track for incentives. vi. Wellness Score Configuration - Creating a robust incentive tracking program that makes it easy for employees to follow and navigate. vii. Program and Portal Design - Consult regarding program creation to insure that the program subject matter creators design can be conveyed via the technology. viii. Challenge Creation - Challenges can be composed of emailed content, milestones, trackers, forms, and a number of graphics. ix. Central Hub - Finding ways to utilize existing resources in a way that incorporates them into the technology. Whether by posting links, borrowing content, or embedding. x. Reporting - Pulling data is just the first part but knowing the reports to pull and what data is meaningful is just as crucial. xi. Event Calendar Management - Placing events in the calendar and managing the users that register and attend. The services provided must produce or address the following outcomes: • Wellness program participation and engagement as measured by site logins and use of forms • Increased access to wellness program as measured by wait time for assistance and survey ease of use.
