Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide a direct source (no third-party subcontracting) for scheduled and as needed waste pumping services to include removal, cleaning, and disposal of liquid and solid waste from traps, sand and oil interceptors, flow through tanks, cesspools, septic tanks, and lift stations, as specified in the technical specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the work required. Hydro-Jetting Services will be as needed and can include any City of Mesa facility. The minimum requirements for provision of this service shall be: 4.1 All work must comply with EPA, OSHA, and any City of Mesa regulations in effect at each service location. Contractor shall adhere to all regulations, rules, ordinances, and standards set by Federal, State, County, and Municipal Governments. 4.2 The City of Mesa will furnish the Contractor with a list of locations, frequencies, tank types, and tank sizes. The Contractor will use this document to generate pricing for these services. The Contractor will also use this document to furnish the City of Mesa with a written schedule for when services will be performed. The City will review and approve the proposed schedule, as well as facilitate access to service locations.
