Specifications include, but are not limited to: Identify and analyze potential socioeconomic impacts of a potential 680' runway extension at the Chandler Municipal Airport on the local and regional population. The scope may encompass multiple areas including, without limitation, noise, employment, transportation services, household income, business output, property values and disadvantaged populations. The study should address community demographics, results of service and housing market analyses, demand for public services, safety, employment and income levels, and changes in the visual quality of the community. Conduct extensive public outreach and input activities with community stakeholders, elected and appointed officials, and Airport tenants.
