Specifications include, but are not limited to: full width roadway segment connecting Cooper Road (north of Queen Creek Road) to the Insight Way & Emmett Drive intersection and half-street improvements of Emmett Drive south to Queen Creek Road. Roads to be improved to residential collector street standard including asphalt pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, streetlights, and utility relocations. Utility relocation/undergrounding consists of 12.5 kv lines along Cooper Road and irrigation structures on both Cooper Road and Emmett Drive. Right-of-way (and easement) acquisitions will be required for loop connection and east side of Emmett Drive. This project will also include a new southern entrance to the Chandler Airport for access to future development/hangars.
