Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 The Platform shall have a “ticket” type tracking system to track the request and response.1.2The Platform shall have the capability to be configured by the County at no additional costs. 1.2.1The requestor fields shall have the capability to be configured to include required fields and a “drop down” functionality for specific fields. 1.2.2 The response templates shall have the capability to be configured as needed to respond to requests. 1.3 The Platform ticketing system shall allow for requests to be assigned to specific personnel. 1.3.1 The ticketing system shall have the functionality for a Supervisor or Manager to view assigned requests and status. 1.4 The Contractor’s employees shall not have the authority to re-open any request that has been closed by PCSO.1.5 The Platform shall match requests with a payment received through the County’s payment processing system. 1.5.1 The County’s third party payment processing system is Point & Pay.
