Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 The contractor shall provide Reprographic Services as identified in, but not limited to Exhibit A: Unit Price Sheet.
4.2 The contractor guarantees that documents will be picked-up within 2-4 hours of contractor being notified.
4.3 Provide delivery/pick-up from County locations during regular business hours, 8:00am-5:00pm, (excluding holidays) at
any County location and obtain delivery receipts.
4.4 Have capacity to complete regular job orders within twelve (12) business hours. For emergency job orders, contractor
must be have capacity to complete job orders within five (5) business hours.
4.5 Collect deposit checks, maintain Plan Holder’s Log and distribute amendments to plan holders for each project.
4.6 Have staff available during regular business hours for plan holders to review documents and pick-up plans (drawings,
maps, specifications, CD’s, etc.)
4.7 Issue quotes and invoices via e-mail.
4.8 Answer questions from contractors/County staff.
4.9 Bond paper must contain a minimum of 20% recycled material.
