Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Improve access to prenatal care services via telemedicine by developing a telemedicine program orexpanding delivery of prenatal care via telemedicine. The scope of services includes but are not limited to the following:4.1.1Research, plan, develop, and implement a pilot prenatal telemedicine infrastructure/model,4.1.2If purchasing a telemedicine equipment to start the pilot program, a detailed explanation of:4.1.2.1Network and its capabilities, cabling, electrical wiring or power conditional equipment, including but not limited to:4.1.2.1.1Uninterruptible power supplies,4.1.2.1.2Surge protectors, and4.1.2.1.3 Power conditions required to facilitate connectivity and communications. 4.1.2.2Telecom Fees and equipment to be purchased; 4.1.2.3Equipment Maintenance Fees as well as the telecom costs for each site connected to the network and utilizing the telemedicine communication infrastructure; and4.1.2.4Payment structure of all fees.4.1.3Provide prenatal care services4.1.4Manage the telemedicine program to include, 4.1.4.1Program maintenance requirements and cost;4.1.4.2Equipment maintenance requirements and cost if applicable; 4.1.4.3Record maintenance requirements and cost; and4.1.4.4Quality assurance activities.4.1.5Financial requirements, billing and payment structure/procedures,4.1.6Reporting and data submission requirements,4.1.7Personnel Training, Licensure, and Credentialing requirements,4.1.8Responsible for the maintenance and function of the system; shall include: 4.1.8.1Communication and updating of information required for Telemedicine operating procedures.
