5.3.1 480V, 3-phase power with a disconnect will be provided by Biosphere 2 and installed within 6 feet of the desired placement area. 5.3.2 Biosphere 2 will also provide a 120V circuit within 6 feet of the control housing to power low-voltage controls. 5.3.3 Unit will have Clean in Place option 5.3.4 The vendor will provide termination of control contacts and the load side using a flex conduit. 5.3.5 The Vendor will provide a system Booster Pump to offset pressure limitations within the facility. 5.3.6 Provide a control package that includes: o 12-inch IDEC or equivalent HMI Screen BACnet/Compatible o All enclosure for equipment, provided or otherwise need to be IP65 o IOT compatible o Fully customizable, open programming no subscription required o PLC driven level controls o LEO East Basement o 7 Level Control inputs o 7 level control relay outputs o Leo West Basement o Remote I/O module o 1 Level Control input o Wilderness Basement Tank o 1 Remote I/O module o 1 Level Control input o 1 level control output o As part of the control package all custom coding and desired points to interface with the BACnet IP system. o 12 Inch HMI smart screen, with remote functionality, and screen mirroring, BACnet IP compatible. o Fc6A series PLC with separate isolation relays for all control outputs. o IDEC Ethernet Switch o IDEC Power Supply 24vdc for low voltage controls. o 3 water sensors for emergency shut off. o Conductivity Sensor o 9 Analog Level sensors will be provided and integrated into the PLC system. o Existing fill valves to be integrated into isolation relays and brought into the PLC system. o VFD/soft-start should be incorporated into PLC system so that amperage and run time information will be visible. o The emergency Stop button will be located within easy reach on the panel. o Pressure transducers will be present to gauge the inlet pressure, outlet pressure and membrane pressure. o Conductivity sensors to monitor Conductivity of RO output, data should be remotely readable o Automated alerts to let operators know when filters need to be changed. o 2 Totalizing meter will allow water usage and production statistics. Flow rates etc. 5.3.7 Commissioning of controls equipment, and programming and installation as stated above.
