The City of Phoenix invites sealed proposals for Property Management Services for the City’s Family Advocacy Center, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein. The ideal contractor will have experience and expertise of marketing, leasing and maintaining commercial property. The services provided by the Contractor will include, but are not limited to: ❖ Day-to-day building operations ❖ Subcontracting for various services and products including janitorial, landscape maintenance, maintenance and repairs of building systems, and other services not self-performed by the prime Contractor ❖ Financial management and reporting ❖ Tenant/Owner relations ❖ Construction project management ❖ Commercial marketing and leasing services at the request of the City
