Specifications include, but are not limited to: Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project A1001, Queen Creek Road – Ellsworth Road to Crismon Road generally consists of approximately one mile of roadway and drainage works. Improvements to the road will be variously achieved using Fog seal, microsurfacing and full asphalt replacement, depending on the existing road construction and condition. The proposed construction work can be generally described as grading, pavement removal, subgrade, aggregate base, hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, drainage catch basin and scupper, storm drain, reinforced concrete box culvert, street lighting trench, right-of-way grading, sidewalk, driveway ramp, pavement marking, traffic signage, traffic signal upgrades and modifications, ITS trench and conduit, fiber optic cable, street light, landscaping and landscape irrigation including repairs, construction traffic control, construction utility coordination and related incidental construction and improvements.
