Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 The City of Phoenix, Public Works Department, Fleet Services Division (City) is responsible for providing multiple types of petroleum products to various City facilities. These products include engine oils, lubricants, grease, transmission fluids, synthetics, re-refined oils and other petroleum products as specified in the Scope of Work. Historically, the City purchases approximately $600,000.00 of these products annually. 1.2 The Contractor will provide the labor materials, equipment, transportation and other incidental items necessary to furnish these petroleum products on an “as needed, if needed” basis to the various City facility locations for a period of one (1) year beginning after City Council approval. This contract may be awarded to multiple Contractors as needed by the City. The City will not be bound to any minimum, average or maximum order quantities per the terms of the contract, however, any products with unit of measure less than bulk or drum will be ordered by product case (i.e. 1 case = 12 quarts). For a bulk delivery, a minimum of 100 gallons per order is guaranteed per order. 1.3 All products must meet City fleet OEM manufacturer’s specifications. If requested by the City, the contractor must provide documentation from the oil manufacturer(s) certifying that the products supplied under this contract meet OEM manufacturer’s specifications and that OEM equipment warranty will not be voided or adversely affected. 1.4 The City reserves the right to modify the products, part numbers and descriptions for the current or past petroleum products, at its sole discretion, with thirty (30) days written notice
