Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1. Develop a comprehensive pest control management program that addresses all buildings and/or spaces identified in Exhibit A. The program is expected to divide the campus into manageable areas and treat those distinct areas on a monthly rotation. For example, Civil Hospital in January, Forensic Hospital in February, ACPTC in March, etc., 3.1.2. As part of the pest control program, ensure that each area identified in Exhibit A is properly treated not less than once per quarter. This includes both interior and exterior treatment, 3.1.3. At a minimum, the routine pest control program shall focus on exterminating the following: 3.1.3.1. Roaches; 3.1.3.2. Ants; 3.1.3.3. Silverfish; 3.1.3.4. Spiders (all species); 3.1.3.5. Crickets; 3.1.3.6. Flying Insects; 3.1.3.7. Scorpions; 3.1.3.8. Bees - as needed; 3.1.3.9. All other common and non-common insects; and 3.1.3.10. Rodents (Rats or Mice) as needed.
