Specifications include, but are not limited to: Network Interruption and Service Level Agreement. i. In the event that the WAN Service is not accessible by any Site or Data Centers and/or is not performing in accordance with the WAN Performance and Reliability Requirements, the Vendor shall provide the County with a pro-rata credit against the next available invoice not to exceed the total monthly billing to the period of the outage, provided that no credit shall be provided for outages caused by the County, the County’s equipment or facilities connecting to the Vendor’s WAN or by force majeure. ii. Vendor shall provide maintenance and repairs in accordance with the WAN response times set forth below. In the event of a disruption or trouble with respect to any portion of the WAN, Vendor shall respond to the disruption or trouble within the time frames set forth below (the "Dispatch Period") and clear the disruption or trouble promptly. If Vendor has not or is not clearing the disruption or trouble on a timely basis, the County shall have the right, after the expiration of the Dispatch Period, to respond to or to participate in the resolution of the trouble.
