Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Queen Creek is seeking a qualified vendor who can utilize a complimentary use space in a Town owned building located within Founder’s Park at 22407 South Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. The space is shared with the Boys and Girls Club (B&GC) of the East Valley Queen Creek Branch, who is the primary user. The proposed complimentary space is approximately 2,600 sq. ft. in two detached rooms (approximately 1,600 sq. ft. in one room; approximately 1,000 sq. ft. in the other room) with access to two exterior restrooms and a 4,000 sq. ft. courtyard. The space is available during school hours based on the Queen Creek Unified School District (QCUSD) annual calendar. Access hours are 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on full school days and 7 a.m. to 12 noon on half school days. No access is available to the space during Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, or Summer Break. Because this used space is shared, all equipment, supplies, and materials related to operations must be removed from the site daily so that the B&GC may operate their programs in the same space.
