Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking an enterprise-level LMS for the delivery and tracking of employee training, certification and career development across 14 diverse municipal government departments, and capable of performing all function for over 5,000 employees. Additionally, the City is seeking to consolidate learning management across all departments into a single, comprehensive and easy to use LMS system for employee training, development, tracking and reporting. The system should be able to integrate with other personnel systems (CGI-HRM, JOBAPPS-ATS, Etc.) to create a 360-degree talent and performance management system for the City. The LMS needs to include an intuitive and accessible interface that enables users to interact with the system easily, while also providing users all the necessary basic functions along with the ability to integrate third-party programs, when needed
