2.1. Provide pricing for the following service on an all-inclusive basis which includes the contractor's administrative cost, materials, services, labor, benefits, travel, payroll burden, insurances, workers compensation fee, all taxes, profits, overhead and all related. The Department of Corrections shall not reimburse for anything other than the all inclusive. 2.2. Provide necessary materials for the cleaning of all kitchen exhaust hoods specified herein and have MSDS (Materials Safety Data Sheet) sheets to cover any chemicals or detergents that are used for cleaning purposes. Vendor shall clean complete kitchen system(s) to be bare metal meeting the following minimum requirements: 2.3.1. Cover all inside kitchen equipment with plastic sheeting. 2.3.2. Clean inside of the turbine on the roof to be bare metal in accordance with NFPA 96. 2.3.3. Clean inside of duct from the roof-line to the turbine inlet in accordance with NFPA96. 2.3.4. Wash rooftop where grease pilings accumulate. 2.3.5. Clean the removable components, i.e. from baffles, filters access panels and grease collection container(s) by using a commercial dishwasher or by manually scraping, brushing and washing with a quality commercial detergent. 2.3.6. Clean the ventilator surfaces including the interior hood exhaust system and fans, duct work stacks, vent caps, plenum, supporting ductwork, and flashing using a quality detergent (approved by USDA) and a non-abrasive cloth. NOTE: FLAMMABLE SOLVENTS SHALL NOT BE USED.
