Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) A preliminary evaluation (coverage testing) will be conducted to determine the current level of in-building RF coverage from the City’s existing 700 MHz Public Safety Radio System. This will be compared to the in-building RF coverage requirements of the City. Based on the documented deficiency in coverage, an in-building treatment plan, to include a detailed design and cost analysis, will be submitted to and approved by the City prior to authorizing procurement and implementation actions. After implementation is complete, the Contractor and the City will perform acceptance testing (CATP) to verify that in-building treatments meet the stated requirements and identify any needed optimization. b) Project Management: 1. The coordination of all meetings. 2. Coordinating access to buildings under test. 3. Coordination of test teams. 4. Coordinating with building owners to obtain approval for the installation of treatment systems which may include contracts and/or lease agreements with the building owner.
