Specifications include, but are not limited to: Right of Way Improvements. A. Design and construction of waterline, roadway and streetlight improvements within the project area. B. The preparation of a drainage report/ memorandum, legal descriptions and exhibits for right-of-way acquisition (if needed), final construction documents and construction administration services. C. Consultant will obtain new topographic mapping and conduct geotechnical analysis to support the preparation of the construction documents. D. The design will include new waterlines, roadway, relocation of utilities (as needed), streetlighting (as needed) and right-of-way. E. Consultant will coordinate with the City and other stakeholders, including utility companies and property owners; Project Management and Coordination. A. Lead project coordination meetings, stakeholder meetings, public meetings, presentations to the City Council, and participate in a Value Analysis session. B. Attend and prepare meeting minutes. C. Prepare schedule for design tasks, including due dates for submittals (plans and reports). D. Include a summary of tasks performed on monthly invoices E. Provide support for permits and applications, as needed including, APS design and relocation, and other utility conflicts.
