Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. The Contractor agrees to furnish all services, labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and anything else necessary to perform the work in strict compliance with the requirements of the local building authorities and the Community Representative. The Community will not purchase any material, tools, equipment, or supplies required to perform any agreed scope of work or task order. ii. Review floor plans (if available), actual conditions, and advise SRPMIC on issues of concern in regard to design, application, and cost. iii. Provide a description of technical approach to support enhancement. This will require a thorough review of existing conditions, new upgrades and any coderequired upgrades. iv. All materials required for this work shall be of the latest proven technology, new and in original containers. v. Support of comprehensive testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) of upgraded systems. Hardware and field personal support of TAB efforts shall be included in the Contractors proposal.
