Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review of prior U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) LBPHC grant submissions by the City and determine potential areas for improvement. 2. Review and analyze, against HUD’s Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) or any other grant application guidelines, all produced or edited documents, all background material and proposal drafts, to ensure maximum points will be received. 3. Facilitate work sessions and meetings with NSD staff to assure a firm understanding of the organization’s goals, services, plans, and capacity needs for administering the grant(s). 4. Reviewing grant application guidelines and, in writing, identifying tasks to be completed, by whom, and by what dates.
