This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. A general description of the Project is: Freestone Pickleball Complex—Design and construction of a 16-court pickleball complex at Freestone Park, which will include bleachers for the main court, shade structures, restroom facility, ramadas, parking facilities, and any associated landscaping with irrigation. Freestone Park Splash Pad—Design and construction of a splash pad within Freestone Park. The location will be determined through the design process. The design should include a recirculation of water for the splash pad, the potential for a new restroom or a remodel of an existing restroom facility, shade structure, ramadas, and any associated landscaping with irrigation.
