MAG has recently adopted new strategic external and internal communication plans, including refreshed brand standards that need to be implemented in existing templates and communication tools. Strong multimedia visuals will be a key to the success of these external and internal goals. The intent of this RFQ is to support MAG in being a high-performing agency with engaged employees producing quality work that connects our community through measurable, collaborative, and accountable outcomes. The communications division requires assistance in producing high-quality content for internal and external audiences to support education and information sharing about the work of MAG, including support for projects, initiatives, and policy directives from member agencies. The communications division needs to expand its reach and increase engagement with the public by developing strategic and contemporary communication campaigns to advance policy initiatives directed by MAG member agencies and support member agencies’ communication and public engagement goals. As a result of these products, the public will become more aware of MAG’s work and be engaged in providing valuable input. In addition to informing the public through social media and online messaging, these projects can also create content that will assist Title VI compliance in the transportation, environmental, and human services divisions. Examples of the visualization elements to be developed under this project include, but are not limited to: • Graphic design for pamphlets, flyers, signs, reports, website graphics, PowerPoint visuals • Social media graphics including static visuals, animations, and videos • Long and short-form videos, which may incorporate existing and new drone footage • Template creation for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF
