Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.7.1. Catering may be requested on an as-needed basis for individual events and all-day events. Food and beverage shall be priced as a per person package. 3.7.2. The Contractor shall be able to provide a light breakfast or nutritious lunch (not limited to Continental breakfast) for 50-600 people. The per-person pricing will include coffee/tea, iced tea, and water. 3.7.3. Offer buffet or plated lunch to include an entrée, hot side dishes, salad, bread or rolls, and a dessert, as well as coffee, water, and tea for 50-600 people. 3.7.4. The Contractor must have the ability to provide a variety of food menu options to choose for the Event. The City will decide on the menu based on the options provided. Options shall include a beef, chicken, and vegetarian main entrée.
