Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services provided through the City’s Employee & Leadership Development QVL will include, but are not limited to: workshops, training sessions, customized strategic coaching & planning, instructional design, online/remote workshops, and keynotes. Each of these offerings shall support the City’s overall mission to deliver exceptional service to the Tucson community and shall incorporate the City’s values and priorities, both in measurable ways. • The City’s values include: o Collaboration o Integrity o Excellence o Respect • The City’s developmental priorities include: o Excellent customer service o Stable financial environment o Smart city focus o Employee-focused organization Finally, the QVL scope shall meet the City’s specific Leadership & Employee Development objectives, with the Consultant’s contributions measured in each of these areas: •Address leadership readiness and skill gaps within the City •Assist in the setting of and implementation of City S.M.A.R.T. goals • Improve individual, team and organizational performance through diagnostics, metrics, training and follow-up sessions •Motivate, inspire and provide ideas for accountability, innovation and continuous improvement
