Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Arizona, Department of Administration, General Services Division, is seeking to establish one or more contracts with qualified contractors to provide on-call, as needed, electrical repairs and installation services in various ADOA managed facilities located in Phoenix, Kingman and Tucson. 3.1 Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the most recent National Electric Codes and NFPA 70 and will be provided in accordance with the highest standards of the industry, skill, workmanship, applicable trade. 3.2 All work must comply with applicable building and life safety codes, State Statues, and other associated regulatory requirements. Contractor shall direct the performance of the work in compliance with reasonable safety and work practices and with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited “Occupational Safety and Health Standards” as established by the U.S. Secretary of Labor and the Arizona Department of Health Occupational Safety Division, including wearing the required personal protective equipment. 3.3 Contractor shall furnish all necessary tools and test equipment required for the performance of its work in accordance with the scope of work. 3.4 Live Circuit work will require a hot work permit and ARC Flash Certification (a copy must be provided to ADOA prior to commencing work). 3.5 The Contractor shall leave work areas free of all dirt, litter, lubricants, or other materials utilized to perform work.
