Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.5.1.The Contractor shall remove all above and below ground debris and appurtenances including, but not limited to; the main structure, footings, foundations, floors, porches, private sidewalks and debris of any kind. 4.1.5.2.The Contractor shall complete the demolition and removal of all parking slabs, concrete and/or asphalt flatwork, accessory/detached structures, sheds or garages, trees, or any underground piping, junk, trash, or dead trees that may be present. 4.1.5.2.1.City sidewalks, curbs and gutters shall remain intact and undamaged. Any damage incurred to city property shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. 4.1.5.3.All slabs and pipes shall be properly removed and the PM Demo Agent may verify the completion of this by using a metal probe. If the Contractor fails to clear the lot in accordance with the specifications, payment may be withheld until the required work is complete. 4.1.5.4.After demolition is complete, the remaining site shall be a crusted dirt lot.
