Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide as-needed repairs and as-needed replacement of parts to include labor, non-consumable parts, and associated services. This includes but is not limited to full mechanical inspection, calibration, and thorough cleaning. b. Emergency repairs shall include all labor, parts and associated services. c. Contractor may use other than original equipment manufacturer’s parts for repair or replacement of parts for existing equipment. However, all parts or equipment furnished must be equal or exceed that of the original equipment manufacturer(s) part in material and warranty. d. Obtain and maintain a copy of the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all hazardous materials used. e. Maintain a stock of commonly used parts. If custom/specialty parts must be ordered to complete a job, Contractor is required to make partial repairs if possible. f. Complete normal/routine repairs within two days. Any work that requires custom/specialty parts to complete repairs will be completed within 10 days. g. Provide on-site response to normal/routine service calls for repairs within three business days and on-site response to emergency service calls for repairs within 24 hours after the service call to minimize equipment down time.
