Turf Maintenance (Includes, Mowing, Edging and Weeding) – Contractor shall: 3.2.1.1. Schedule mowing in accordance with irrigation schedules per EXHIBIT 5 (Subject to change based on weather conditions) • April through October expectation is that the Contractor will mow weekly • November through March expectation is that the Contractor will mow monthly 3.2.1.2. Ensure mowing areas are clean and free of all debris prior to mowing i.e. paper, stones, bottles, tree limbs, etc. 3.2.1.3. Perform mowing and edging together on the same day and shall be scheduled in accordance with irrigation schedules per EXHIBIT 5 3.2.1.4. Apply post emergent herbicide as necessary to keep areas weed free and does not harm the grass at full label directed rate. 3.2.1.5.
