Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Marketing and advertising, including but not limited to website, social media, digital marketing, lead sourcing, and networking; or, any other marketing needs and collateral associated with the proposed use of the facility. 2. Operations and staffing associated with all facility activities including but not limited to site tours, quotes, menu tastings, scheduling, accounting/billing, room set-ups, audio-visual staffing, catering/food service, and custodial services; or, any other operations or staffing associated with a proposed alternative use of the facility. 3. Catering and food preparation equipment including carts, stands, dishes, utensils, small appliances, gas stove, fryer, warmers, linens, or any other materials or equipment needed to provide this service or associated with a proposed alternative use of the facility. 4. Grounds keeping services, including all landscaping; preventative maintenance program; and, operational and capital improvement funding 5. All utilities including water, gas, sewer, electric, telephone, cable, internet and any other utilities required for use of the facility. 6. Any other needs associated with the operation and use of the facility that are not specifically included as a City Responsibility below or are not addressed in the Offeror’s proposal.
