Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1Cleaning Services:4.1.1 Standard Services•Cleaning and sanitizing of Public Restrooms Daily•Sanitizing –Bathroom and Shower fixtures, door knobs/handles, counter tops•Emptying trash•Dusting,including vents•Sweep & Mop Floors •Cleaning of Offices and other Park buildings DailyoSanitizing –Bathroom and office fixtures, door knobs/handles, light switches, counter topsoEmptying trashoDusting,including ventsoSweep & Mop Floors oSanitizing other Touchpoints such as Shop Equipment•Cabins cleaned as requiredoContracted supplier shall be notified of Cabins to be cleaned a minimum of one day before the shift starts 4.1.2Standard Cleaning shift shall begin at 8am, preferred campground cleaning between 11am –3pm4.1.2.1If multiple crews are cleaning at once, only one campground building and one day use building can be closed at a time. 4.1.2.2 Should Twice Daily Cleaning be required due to high visitation October through April, cleaning duringthedaytimein accordance with section 3.1.2.1and in the evening shall be performed. 4.1.2.2.1Evening shift shall begin at 7PM. 4.1.3 Cleaning and sanitizing products supplied by Contractor.4.1.3.1 Consumables for the public (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) supplied by the Park, contractorto supply all materials and chemicals for the cleaning work.4.1.4 Projects requiring equipment capable of disinfecting surfaces not easily cleaned using UV 4.1.4.1 Lighting, Fogging, or other solutions shall be priced on an as needed basis.4.1.4.2Fees for these types of services shall be itemized on invoice for each service/unit of service provided. 4.1.4.3Arizona State Parks and Trails reserves the right to solicit quotes for these services.
