The State seeks the benefits of data network services that include, but are not limited to (i) cost effectively meeting State needs and business requirements; (ii) improved Network, Security and response to security incidents; (iii) predictable costs and performance measures; (iv) a high degree of coordination between Contractor and all other contractors operating under the AZNet program including Voice Communications and Telecommunications, Expense Management Services (TEM); (v) increased efficiencies and integration while reducing costs; (vi) Network infrastructure that is capable of supporting mission critical and real time applications; (vii) an established migration path to support and or enhance a converged voice over IP and data network; (viii) a Seat-based Network service with an associated Seat-based price; (ix) supporting the State’s technology direction, disaster recovery and failover vision.
