Description

The City of Avondale is issuing this Request For Proposals seeking Proposals from qualified, licensed firms interested in providing a complete portfolio of staffing services available by the Vendor, including but not limited to administrative staffing technical, trades, information technology staffing, and any other staffing services offered by Vendor (the “Services”). The project Services will be funded using the federal (i) American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA”) funds and will require compliance with federal regulations stipulated in the Code of Federal Regulations, 2 C.F.R. part 200 and 31 C.F.R. part 35 Section 602(c)(1) (A); and 603(c)(1)(A) and 31 CFR part 35 RIN 1505–AC77 Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds; originally established under the Coronavirus American Rescue Plan Act (the “CARES ACT”).
