Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will require improvements to the access control and security for the Justice Center 250 W 2nd street on the basement, first, second, and third floor. The project will require improvements for the Historic Court House 168 2nd Ave on the first, second, and third floor. The scope will require the items to be installed per the equipment list in Attachment B. The functionality and installation of the equipment shall be per manufacturer’s recommendations. Please review Attachment C for a map and location of equipment at each floor. Attachment C will be available during site walk. The contractor is required to replicate existing software and hardware functionality to the new installed equipment. The existing hardware includes: hardwired panic buttons, hardwired DPS, hardwired card readers, hardwired release buttons, hardwired door strikes, hardwired request to exit buttons, power supplies. The VAX system will integrate with Valerus CCTV system as per Vicons integration guide. This will require to upgrade Valerus to Enterprise license. Label panel boards with corresponding hardware number and equipment schedule.
