Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1 Provided a Plan of Correction (POC), within five (5) business days or as otherwise directed by the Quality Resource Management (QRM) Director or designee when deficiencies have been identified by the Hospital or an external regulatory agency; 5.2 Provide a Project Manager or designated personnel who shall serve as a primary day to day contact with the Hospital/ Facility within two (2) weeks of award; 5.3 Advise the Hospital of any and all specialized site and installation requirements for the equipment. This information should include, but is not limited to: Electrical Requirements; Space Requirements; and any other considerations critical to the installation; 5.4 Provide initial, onsite training, at no additional cost, to designated Hospital Security staff members responsible for operating the equipment. Training shall include typical and unique operational functions and shall occur upon delivery and installation of equipment; 5.5 Have a local presence in the Phoenix Metro area and be available during normal business hours, e.g., Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, to perform onsite repair and maintenance on the leased equipment
