Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office (the State), as authorized under A.R.S. § 41-2501 et seq. is seeking to establish one or more mandatory statewide Contracts, to provide Workers' Compensation and Property and Liability Investigation Services. The State anticipates awarding contract(s) with the intent to secure service coverage statewide. Whether or not it actually enters into any contracts, how many contracts it enters into, and how the work is awarded between those contracts are all at the State’s discretion. Furthermore, the State will use any awarded contracts on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee as to its actual spending under them.
