The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), on behalf of the University of Arizona, is soliciting proposals from interested vendors to provide a Probe Station. Specifications: Vendor must explain how proposed equipment meets the following requirements. 5.2.1 The tool should come with shipping (including payment of import tariffs), installation, start-up and training; 5.2.2 The proposed tool should offer the capability to accommodate small, odd shaped pieces up to 200mm wafers; 5.2.3 Tool should provide precision 4 axis, thermal, low noise 200mm wafer stage (-60C-300C - approximate temperatures) and control system; 5.2.4 Tool should come with integrated floor standing system with active air vibration isolation; 5.2.5 Tool should come with an integrated digital imaging microscope with 10X, 40X, and 100X objectives for sub micron focusing; 5.2.6 Imaging system should be able to autofocus, have multiple cameras for PIP, multi-view capabilities, integrate LED illumination; 5.2.7 Tool should come with a programmable system controller. 5.2.8 Minimum of 4 probe positioners; 5.2.9 Inclusion of a consumables kit is preferred; 5.2.10 The tool should come with a warranty.
