A. The Towing Company agrees to provide the following services: 1. Towing, wrecker service, and storage, when required, of Vehicles from public or private property lying within the corporate limits of Lake Havasu City when so authorized by a representative of the City. 2. When authorized by a representative of the City, provide for the towing and storage of any Vehicle which is towed under the provisions of the Lake Havasu City Code or State law or are otherwise required to be moved by or at the direction of the LHCPD or an authorized City representative, from the point of origin to the place of business of the Towing Company and provide for the towing and storage of any Vehicle from the scene of an accident to a location within the City, as designated by the Owner, other than the place of business of the Towing Company. 3. When authorized by a representative of the City, provide for the towing of any City-owned, confiscated, or leased Vehicle from hook-up to its principal business location or to any location within City limits and billed to the requesting City department. Towing Company may be contacted by representatives from City, LHCPD, or LHCVMD.
