Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Fabricated and installed to fit entirely inside of the masonry window frame. 3.2 Window security screens less than 36 inches wide will be one frame. 3.3 Window security screens 36 inches and greater will be two frames. 3.4 Stainless steel mesh screening will be small enough to exclude a mosquito or similarly sized insect. 3.5 Powder coated finish on frame material. 3.6 Frame to be constructed of steel or aluminum. (Specify metal type and thickness in proposal). 3.7 Provide photos, illustrations, or specification sheet on how the window screen frame is attached to the masonry wall and where caulking sealant will be applied to ensure a tight seal. 3.8 Provide photos, illustrations, or specification sheet showing the window security screen in a partially open position. 3.9 Provide photos or illustrations of the proposed easy to operate, ADA compliant, City of Glendale Fire Code compliant, quick release mechanism to be installed to exit from the inside of the home. 3.10 Provide warranty information on labor, parts, and paint finish.
