Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bisbee wants to establish a clean website that provides improved access to information, interactive communications, and future support for business transactions over the internet such as electronic plan submittal/review, online bill pay, and the ultimate goal of becoming a paperless environment. This website should also provide an opportunity to create and share City Council Meeting agendas and supplemental information, create a variety of forms, and allow for streaming of public meetings. To meet this goal, the City wants to establish a web presence that will provide uniform interfaces to current and future web applications, provide robust search capabilities, and use icons, color, 4 text and graphics in a consistent manner to improve communications. The site will include interactive forms and other web enabled information services that will enhance user experience with the City web site. The publics expectation is that online services are always available, secure transactions, and that governmental organizations do not share user information. Meeting these expectations is a non-negotiable.
